We sell both new and used products both on consignment and out of our own inventory. All of our Used products are completely tested and professionally cleaned to ensure that they are fully functional. We do not sell items that do not function. If there are any minor issues with the item we will clearly state so in the products listing page. If after you receive your used item and you feel there is a discrepancy with the items actual condition and how it was listed please contact us within 4 days at 952-240-2096 or at sales@electronicconsignments.com and we will refund you 100%.
